Subsequently titled "#1", this is my first blog on this blogging site.

Only one more week until I start my new job working with a state-funded organization that takes care of kids who have been abused and neglected. I've worked with kids for a long time, and hope to take in all of my positive experiences in to this new environment and make a difference.

I'm also pursuing other career ideas. Probation is one of them. I'll be speaking with someone about that tomorrow. We'll see what happens.
